TikTok influencer Arrested for Child Porn Possession

According to an arrest affidavit, on April 30, the man’s then-girlfriend contacted law enforcement after she claimed to have found disturbing messages on his Telegram account. The woman reportedly told investigators that she initially suspected the man of cheating and searched through his phone while he was asleep. During that search, she allegedly discovered conversations containing links, photos, and videos depicting child sexual abuse material.
The woman photographed some of the messages with her own cellphone and later provided those images to detectives as evidence. When detectives interviewed the man, he admitted to using Telegram to access child pornography, allegedly telling investigators he wanted to “try something new” and sought out material he considered taboo.
The man allegedly acknowledged that the children shown in the images and videos appeared to be between 8 and 15 years old. He was arrested and charged with 15 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.
Due to the man’s online presence and social media following, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information related to the investigation to contact its Investigations Bureau. The sheriff’s office said the case demonstrates its commitment to protecting children and pursuing individuals accused of exploiting minors.
The man built a following on TikTok by posting videos focused on “looksmaxxing,” a trend centered on improving physical appearance and boosting confidence. Looksmaxxing refers to a range of appearance-enhancement practices, from skincare routines and fitness improvements to more extreme cosmetic procedures. The trend is especially popular among young men on social media platforms.
