Teacher Accused of Creating AI Child Porn

The 67-year-old science teacher at Beacon Christian Academy was arrested after he was accused of using yearbook photos of students to create AI-generated child pornography. The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office started investigating the man after they received a tip about him. When police investigated, the man had two photos and three videos featuring child porn in his possession.

The man, who teaches third-grade students, admitted to creating AI-generated child porn with three student yearbook photos. The teacher had just returned this week as a part-time teacher after taking a year off from teaching. All teachers are required to undergo background checks and the man had been cleared to teach.

Parents are concerned about this new way to exploit children. They find it worrisome and scary that child porn can be created this way. One mother, who is not related to any of the three student victims, is calling on lawmakers to be tough on these crimes.

The sheriff’s office has not received any reports of additional victims. Those who believe they are victims should contact the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
