Florida Man Coerces Teen Girls Into Child Porn Production
Young girls are impressionable and can be coerced into doing a number of things if they get something favorable in return. For example, a Florida man was able to use video game cash and social media to get girls as young as 12 years old to star in sexually explicit videos.
The 23-year-old man from Port St. Lucie recently pled guilty in federal court to sexually exploiting minors and using them to create child porn. His sentencing is scheduled for December 16. He faces up to 30 years in prison.
Between July 2018 and August 2021, the man contacted 10 girls who were 12 to 17 years old. He used various aliases on social media, such as “kingtayylor2,” “disconcerto,” and “atyourcervix.” The girls all lived outside of Florida. The man was a college student at Florida Atlantic University at the time.
The man answered a post from a 14-year-old girl on Snapchat. She had included her phone number and a request for someone to FaceTime her. The man then befriended a second victim and talked to her in a sexual manner, with explicit comments. He requested a specific pose from her. The girl agreed in exchange for Robux, which is currency that can be used for the popular video game Roblox. He also paid the girl for videos.
The man did the same thing with many other girls. The man began communicating with his fourth victim on Instagram during the summer of 2018. The communication started as an online friendship and eventually became sexual in nature. The victim claimed that the man would request sexually explicit images and videos of her on a daily basis and she complied.
