Florida Man Facing Charges for Possession of AI Porn

This is a third-degree felony, which is the least serious type of felony in Florida, but still punishable by up to five years in prison, up to five years of probation, and a fine of up to $5,000. He is currently being held on a $52,000 bond.
The images depicted adults having sexual intercourse with infants and children under the age of 3 years old. This case is the first of its kind for the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. It comes shortly after a Florida law made it illegal to possess or create computer-generated child pornography.
There is extensive evidence in the case. Law enforcement officials were able to see the man’s history on the AI platform and see exactly what the man was thinking. He went on there and said he wanted to see a certain sex act with a child of a specific age and with a certain type of adult.
